Service Description

A 45-minute comprehensive personal training session. Through applying AP's training principles, we use a combination of science & art to assist you with meeting your goals. If you're looking to improve your strength, fitness, mobility and injury robustness this is exactly what you need. *Please note, the selected timeslot is a preference rather than a locked-in session. Confirmation of all time slots is required before a session is secured*

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance of your session. Reschedules/Cancellations past this point of notice are to be charged at full session price.
