Service Description

A 45-minute in-depth online discussion with AP to help advise changes you may need to make in your current training to optimise your progress towards your future performance aspirations. *Please note, the selected timeslot is a preference rather than a locked-in consultation. Confirmation of all time slots is required before a consult is secured*

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance of your session. Reschedules/Cancellations past this point of notice are to be charged at full session price.
